Dr Christina Hall’s early career as a research scientist was interspersed with science communications roles delivering children’s environmental activities, knowledge translation for farmers, wastewater treatment plant guided tours, and public programs for a science museum. Her more recent roles enable life scientists to engage with research infrastructure through bioinformatics training, community building and communications. As the Associate Director (Training and Communications) at Australia BioCommons, Christina manages the project’s communications and leads a national training program for researchers, to ultimately enhance digital life sciences in Australia.
