I have a passion for setting scientific knowledge free and sneaking it past closed minds and barriers to where it can change the world. My vision is to make philosophy and truth as seductive and easily digested as the populist and often fact-optional messages filling many media feeds in today’s busy world.

I deliver executive leadership for the Minerals Research Institute of Western Australia (MRIWA), an Australian state government research agency charged with delivering minerals research to benefit WA. My work includes supporting the effective communication of research findings to potential users in industry, government, and other stakeholder communities, and training and mentoring postgraduate research students and other future thought leaders in boundary-spanning research communication techniques.
