Mr Ramu Sapkota

Sapkota is an award-winning investigative journalist and researcher. He continuously writes and follow stories when the COVID-19 virus spread out in the country and investigated corruption in the procurement of test kits and equipment to tackle the pandemic. He has produced dozen of investigative stories on corruption and crime which has created a great impact on the policy and parliamentary level. His work has been featured by Columbia Journalism Review’s article, The Kathmandu Post (Nepal's English daily newspaper)’s editorial, and The Medium (German Magazine) as a #100hiddendstar. His strength is to dig out hidden issues by studying and analyzing deeply.
